We're that café your friend won't stop talking about. Probably because of the cold brew. Or the croissants. Hard to say, honestly.
In 2019, Vikram quit his IT job because — and this is true — his office Nescafé was so bad it made him wonder if good coffee existed in Pune. Spoiler: it didn't, at least not on FC Road. So he opened Brew & Bite in a 200 sq ft space with a second-hand La Marzocco and a dream.
Six years later, we roast our own beans from Coorg, bake everything in-house before 6 AM, and somehow convinced 320 people to leave us 5-star reviews. Vikram still makes the first espresso every morning.

No photographer, no filters. Just us on a good day.
(Okay, maybe one filter.)
Here's what actual humans said on Google. We didn't write these. (We wish we were this eloquent.)
"Genuinely the best pour over I've had in Pune. I've been coming here every single morning for 4 years and I'm not even exaggerating. The baristas know my order."
"I'll be honest — the avocado toast is overpriced. But it's also the best one in the city so I keep coming back. Cold brew is non-negotiable. Parking is a nightmare though, take a rick."
"Booked the place for our team offsite (12 people) and they handled it perfectly. Vikram personally came over to check on us. You don't get that at Starbucks."
Follow along for daily brews, behind-the-scenes chaos, and the occasional latte art that actually worked.
We're the place with the brown awning next to the bookshop. You'll smell us before you see us.
